    I used to hate that kind of lettuce, because it wasn't crispy. Of course, no lettuce is crispy in the ground. I guess I never considered that it would 'perk up' in the fridge...

    I wish I had more of a green thumb so I could start my own garden. There's just something about homegrown that makes everything taste better.
