Much to Wonderful Guys delight (har har har!) I am the winner, and now proud owner (as soon as I receive them, that is) of 25 pairs of Barbie shoes. And a good deal with hardly any shipping they were.
Also. Only Step-Son stood in line for four hours today, but got to see Barack Obama at CSU. I think it is pretty cool that he got to do that. See the senator...not stand in line.
Wrapping up the week-end, I am all wore through. From grocery shopping on Friday evening, to a good five mile walk with Best Dog Ever this afternoon, and everything in between....the dishwasher is going, the shower is taken, and I am going to go put my feet up, watch Mad Men on AMC, and knit a bit.
But first...check out Barbie's new shoes...things have changed since last my Barbie was shod.

The flat shoes Barbie won't be able to wear without ruining that molded-in arch, right? I think those might be from Skipper. I had a Skipper and a whole wardrobe of great clothes that I sold on eBay a few years back. She had flat feet poor thing.
I don't think very many of the shoes I had for my Barbie made it into the future. They have an uncanny way of getting lost. Like socks, their significant others seem to go missing.
Wow, Barbie's really stylin' now! There are more shoes there than a 1960's it-girl knows what to do with!
So, was the stepson impressed with what the senator had to say?
I can't tell you how many singles and pairs I tossed throughout the years of raising 2 daughters. Had I only known there would be this demand!
You could have a ball on ebay with those shoes, they are in demand. Wow five mile walk with your dog, that is a long walk. Just stopping by to say Hi and invite you to come on by.
