I backed it up. Truly I did.
But it still went away, not to be recovered.
I tried some tricks, but some of it has just disappeared. Guess it is just time to start over with some stuff.
And I can be okay with that.
I reconstructed parts that I could easily, and that I thought were important.
Somewhere in there is an analogy for life.
One fun thing about it all. When I reloaded the script for the readability level of this little effort of mine (found at the bottom of the page), I found I have been promoted to college (post grad). Oooh! Just look at the fun little pictures. Atoms! Rockets! Test tubes! After my own heart it is...
Onward.
I played bunko last night, as I do when called in as a substitute for the neighborhood group. I was the BIG WINNER last night! Most Bunkos! Highest Score! And it was the holiday gift exchange. I walked out with a calla lily bulb kit that I can't wait to start. Watch out, Dearest Sister...I will soon have a kitchen farm of my own!
When I got home, I found Wonderful Guy had spent his time shopping for a new battery for my cell phone. Determined the better way to go was a whole new phone. Be assured I had done some preliminary research into this as well. He knew what I had been thinking I was wanting. Nothing super fancy. No blackberry or iPhone, but a fun new shiny thing...to learn...on top of rebuilding the blog...and planting the callas....and decorating for Christmas...and cards...and completing the shopping...
Oh, and there's more. Lots more.
