TGIF!

A bulleted post.

  • My apologies.

  • But it's succinct!

  • We are in the middle of a big flippin' wet sloppy snow storm.

  • Again.

  • I am finie with my old job (and all the attending headaches).

  • I already miss my old peeps.

  • The old new job starts Monday.
  • I am looking forward to seeing my old new peeps.

  • I hope I can still wear jeans. (I forgot to ask.)

  • Lunch with Grandbebe Girl today!

  • An lys is closing up shop, and guess what I did?

  • You are right.

  • Photos to follow, along with BSJs for the new grandbebes.

  • I am within spitting distance of being done with the singles spinning of the alpaca fleece. (Get it...spitting distance....ar ar ar!)
  • I have been knitting knothing but dishclothes in an effort to focus on the spinning.
  • Seven have been completed in the past 10 days.

That is all.

Spitting distance?! who's doing the spitting? If it's me, you're pretty durned close, cuz I can only spit about 2 inches...but if the alpaca is spitting, hooooweee! look out, because they can spit a long way and, baby, it stinks in the worst way...and it's pasture grass green, too. once spit upon by an alpaca, you're marked for ... umm...well, a pretty long time.

Are you excited about the new job? I hope you can wear jeans and tennis shoes, too! Or sandals and your handspun, handknit socks!

I heard about your big snow! It's spring in CO after all, and what would spring be without a big snow? At least your trees aren't out yet so it won't be breaking any limbs with its heavy wet weight.

Good luck on the new job!

P.S. I am also curious which LYS quit??

  • Welcome...

...to my humble effort. Thanks for taking the time to stop by, and I hope you find something mildly interesting, slightly amusing, barely creative, or at the very least, not too terribly trite.
