Felt like Spring.
All that can be said is that it was Spring on Sunday. And during March in Colorado, when it is Spring for a day, one capitalizes on that fact.
Six to eight inches of snow on Friday, followed by two days with temps in the 60s, makes short work of the white stuff, and greens up the grass considerably.
It also brings everyone out.
Dogs and their people.
Pedal pushers.
Sun worshipers of all varieties.
No wind. Blue skies. Sunshine.
Worries and concerns are shed like water off a ducks back. It’s all good. Winter is on her way out once more, and Spring is around the corner.
One thinks.

I was just going to post the same kind of photos! Great minds thinks alike! In the last hour (it is 6:15 pm) we went from nothing to 3 inches on the ground, wind blowing and snow covered streets. Glad I am home and not anywhere else!
Only 9 inches? I heard 12. Please let it be 12, I want a snow day, lol. And snow means that the VIPs that were supposed to be here tomorrow probably won't be.

me too! I'm in Laramie, WY.
90 miles north, 2200 ft higher. Last week, my husband and I were looking at our camper trailer and the upper 40's weather getting spring fever. Now, the little trailer is crusted over with snow and most of the roads out of town are closed. good thing I have a stash!
It's been crazy here too. What a tease!
That is a lovely blanket of snow. I am sure it is keeping your posies cozy!
On my way to the library yesterday, I saw a family in shorts and summer shirts (it was 66 degrees) having a SNOWBALL fight! A patch of shade had preserved the snow! What fun to watch!!!
Makes for GREAT wildflowers... bring it on!
I wanted a snowday, too, but got only a late start. Darn. I could have been out taking pictures in this stuff! :)
