At the Guild this morning, I think I will participate in Show and Tell. For the first time.
Narrow Brim Style Hat, by Bev Galeskas (Felted Knits)
Flowers and Leaves from Paton’s Felted Posy Bag (both rav linkies)
I might…might….also include the yarn I was spinning at the Fun Fiber Fest, as those who saw it being spun seemed quite taken by it. I had collected, quite ignorantly, lots of small quantities of merino. Seven different colors, between 2 and 6 ounces each, and not really enough to do anything with any of it. I started spinning the colors together, randomly, and when I had two bobbins full, I plied those together, again, randomly. Then, I started all over again, filling up two bobbins. It’s made for some very colorful, yarn, and it’s all spun worsted, too. Actually there’s quite a bit of worsted-spun, colorful yarn, enough to knit something quite….unique…and soft…
Any ideas?

Love the hat! I am thinking a cardi from the yarn. For someone about my size...
The hat is great! When you mentioned earlier that it would have embellishments, I was not certain..but as usual, you could see the finished product in your mind..and it works.
Love the hat! Did you see this???

You are a star!
That hat is absolutely adorable -- I love it! As for the yarn (which is also amazing) -- If I had this yarn, and some little granddaughters, and could remember how to knit...I would be making one of these little hats:
