Last year, when I chanced to take some shots of a couple of trees in the front yards of our home, and that of a neighbors.
Early spring, on a walk with Best Dog Ever, who was all 'what is she doing, and why aren't we GOING!'
Just a bit later in the spring, another walk with Best Dog Ever, who was thinking, 'again with the waiting and not with the walking?'
Fall, and another walk with Best Dog Ever, and maybe now I understand why I am third on her best loved list...
Fall, before work.
Winter. After a snow, Wonderful Guy emails that the neighbor's tree has about a dozen robins in it. I clamor for him to grab a shot of it, and since he loves me...
A foliage of robins!

I like that you captured the same trees in various states of seasonal dressing. Very nice!
I hear you are due for some snow in the next few days. We woke up to a snow squall on the first day of spring but it was just a skiff and quickly melted away.
P.S. one of the iris is showing a new green flag, just starting!

I love these pictures. I miss having seasons, you know? Down here, spring runs into summer and that runs into fall without much notice at all. Then it gets gray and depressing and overcast and rainy. That's winter. Damp and bone-chilling, ideal for cultivating the flu and strep throat, but never much change in the scenery.
Good F post! I love the foliage of robins! I'm always excited to see them, they wouldn't come if spring wasn't on its way, would they?
